Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed for manufacturing, packaging, or shipment.

Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be cancelled before they are processed.

• Once an order has been processed, packed, customized, manufactured, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Return Policy

At Nakshatra Jewellers, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or any other non-defective reasons.

Returns for Defective Products

Returns will only be accepted if:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused and returned in its original packaging along with all certificates, invoices, tags, and accessories provided with the product.

Return Verification

All returned items will undergo an inspection by our quality assurance team. If the defect is verified, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product,

• Replace the product with the same or an equivalent item, or

• Provide a refund if replacement is not possible.

Nakshatra Jewellers reserves the right to reject return requests if the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Made-to-order products

• Products returned without original packaging, certificates, or invoices

• Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
